Head of Finance Operations

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced
Head of Finance Operations to join a growing organisation in Uxbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take ownership of a high-volume Finance Operations function, leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing while driving operational excellence, automation and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include: - Leading the day-to-day Finance Operations function.
- Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing teams.
- Driving process improvements, automation and AI-enabled efficiencies.
- Optimising ERP systems, with NetSuite experience highly desirable.
- Developing robust financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Producing operational reporting and KPIs for senior leadership.
- Leading, mentoring and developing Finance Operations teams.
- Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have: - Previous experience leading a Finance Operations or Shared Services function.
- Strong experience managing AP, AR and Payroll teams.
- A proven track record of delivering process improvements and operational transformation.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite would be advantageous).
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience within a multi-site organisation would be beneficial.
Package: - Salary of £65,000 - £70,000.
