Inbound Customer Service Executive.

Excellent opportunity for an Inbound Customer Service Executive to work for a Global FMCG client based in Slough My client are leaders in their industry who offer their employees an exciting, friendly and motivational environment plus state-of-the-art new offices with Hybrid working
 
Role
  • To provide a fast and efficient telephone response service to all inbound calls
  • Responsible for accurately processing all orders received by phone, fax and email in a timely manner
  • Actively provide support to other Supply Chain departments
  • Proactively make calls to customers as required
  • Receive and handle all inbound calls and emails as per service level agreement
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide assistance and support to the Supply Chain as and when required
  • Proactively make calls to customers as required
  • Maximise all sales opportunities by pro-actively offering alternatives and up-selling
  • Achievement of team and individual KPI’s
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers, both internally and externally
  • Display a high standard of Customer Care and adhere to and promote the company quality standards at all times
  • Ensure the allocation of stock is managed as per company standards
  • Continually ensure that all Supply Chain processes relate to improved levels of customer service
