Junior Sales & Lettings Negotiator Location: Dulwich, South East London
Salary: £26,500 - £27,000 per annum + Annual Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service who is looking to take their first step into the property industry.
No previous estate agency experience is required - full training, ongoing support and clear career progression will be provided.
Junior Sales & Lettings Negotiator - role:Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain hands-on experience across residential sales and lettings while learning everything you need to become a successful negotiator.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Sales & Lettings team with the day-to-day running of the office
- Assisting with property viewings and learning how to showcase homes to prospective buyers and tenants
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Building positive relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
- Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
- Assisting with property enquiries and keeping clients updated throughout the process
- Learning how to generate new business opportunities and build your own client base
- Keeping property records and marketing details up to date
- Working in a busy, friendly office where you'll receive ongoing coaching and support
About you This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for a long-term career in property.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, leisure, banking or customer service or sales
- A confident and professional communication style
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, motivated approach and a desire to build a successful career
- A full UK driving licence (or be working towards obtaining one)
