Key Responsibilities
Marketing Investigation
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer segments
- Compile findings into concise reports or dashboards
- Support the team with insights for strategy discussions
- Product Review
- Review product features, performance, and customer feedback
- Assess product quality, user experience, and competitive positioning
- Document key strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
- Input, clean, and validate data in internal systems or spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Assist with generating summaries or datasets for analysis
Qualifications - Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with research, reading, and summarizing information
- Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) and basic data tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
