We are looking for an experienced
Senior Programme Manager to lead complex SAP-focused technology and testing programmes within a major Financial Services environment.
This is a senior delivery role requiring someone who combines strong
Programme Management leadership with a genuine background in QA, Testing and Quality Engineering. You will take ownership of large-scale programmes, working across technology, business and testing functions to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, business-critical SAP transformation and testing programmes from planning through to delivery
- Own programme governance, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and senior stakeholder reporting
- Provide leadership across QA, Testing and Quality Engineering workstreams
- Coordinate multiple technology, business, vendor and delivery teams
- Drive testing strategy across areas such as integration, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing
- Manage senior stakeholders within a complex Banking / Financial Services environment
- Ensure programmes are delivered against agreed quality, timeline and commercial objectives
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a Senior Programme Manager / Programme Director delivering major technology programmes
- Previous career experience within QA, Software Testing, Test Management or Quality Engineering
- Strong SAP programme experience, ideally involving major implementation, migration or transformation programmes
- Experience delivering within Banking, Financial Services or another highly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise testing strategies and large-scale technology delivery
- Excellent senior stakeholder, governance and vendor management skills
