Property Manager
South East LondonUp to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in South East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team where you'll gain exposure to every aspect of residential property management. Unlike traditional portfolio-based roles, the team works collaboratively, meaning responsibilities are shared rather than allocated to individual portfolios, creating a varied and rewarding position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential tenancies from move-in through to move-out.
- Coordinating maintenance works and contractor appointments.
- Managing end-of-tenancy negotiations and deposit returns.
- Carrying out regular property inspections.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Ensuring all legal compliance and property safety requirements are met.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Supporting colleagues across all areas of property management.
About You The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within residential property management.
- A solid understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.
ARLA Level 3 qualification would be advantageous. However, if you don't currently hold this qualification, full training will be provided and your ARLA Level 3 qualification and exams will be fully funded, as all Property Managers are encouraged to achieve this accreditation.
