£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Protection Adviser to join a growing, highly regarded advisory firm. This business is known for its collaborative culture and strong reputation, offering a consistent flow of high-quality leads—so you can focus on what you do best: advising clients and delivering excellent outcomes.
The Role You will provide expert advice across
life insurance, critical illness cover (CIC), and income protection (IP), supporting clients throughout the full journey—from initial consultation through to completion.
This is a client-focused role where attention to detail, compliance, and relationship-building are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, compliant protection advice to clients
- Manage applications from fact-find through to completion
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Assess applications in line with insurer and underwriting criteria
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance
About You
- Proven experience in a Protection Adviser role
- Strong knowledge of life, CIC, and income protection products
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
