Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days from home
Salary: Up to £39,000 per year (£18.75 per hour)
Position Overview The CRM Associate supports the CRM Manager and Senior CRM Associate in delivering high-quality campaigns across email and SMS channels for the full-price online business
This role covers day-to-day campaign management, including briefing, proofing, activation, and audience management, as well as assisting with ongoing CRM system migration projects.
The role is designed for an associate-level professional who can quickly pick up processes, understand the pressures of retail, and contribute to cross-channel communications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities - Support the CRM team with planning, briefing, proofing, and sending email and SMS campaigns.
- Create campaign briefs aligned with brand standards and target audiences.
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with content, promotions, and brand moments.
- Analyse campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making and optimisations.
- Assist with CRM migration (Salesforce to ZAM) and platform updates.
- Support training and guidance for CRM Interns and new team members.
- Take ownership of cross-channel communications and ensure seamless customer experience.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge - Minimum of 1-2 full strategic cycles within the CRM/Digital Marketing field, specifically in Fashion Retail – this is a must.
- Retail experience is essential, ideally in a fast-paced or large-scale business.
- Experience with CRM campaigns (emails/SMS) and working with audience data.
- Strong proofing skills with a creative eye for customer communications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Passion for retail, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Additional Information - Reports into the CRM Manager via the Senior CRM Associate.
- Full training, induction, and platform support provided.
- Hybrid working: 2 days in office, 3 days from home.
