Sales Administrator – Temp to Perm
Location: Stockley Park (Fully Office Based)
Salary: Up to £29,000

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a busy Sales Admin team. This temp-to-perm role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive environment while handling wholesale operations for major clients, including John Lewis, Costco, Selfridges, and more.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Admin Manager, you will be responsible for order management, after-sales support, and various administrative tasks. The role offers a steep learning curve, but full on-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload effectively.
  • Proactive, organised, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Enter orders into the SAP system, communicate order confirmations, manage out-of-stock situations, and verify pricing.
  • Financial Documentation: Generate proforma invoices.
  • Customer Interaction: Book orders with customers, often via unique systems or portals.
  • After-Sales Support: Manage all post-order customer support.
  • Wholesale Knowledge: Apply understanding and experience within wholesale channels.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete new line forms, provide product images, and monitor seasonal orders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist management with various duties as required.
