Our client based in Bracknell is seeking a Sales Administrator on a 6 month contract.
MUST HAVE ZENDESK EXPERIENCE Main duties: - Internal Sales Support
- Provide effective complaint response, recommendations and actions
- Serve clients by fast and accurate order processing
- Deliver customer satisfaction and meet customer needs
- Provide dynamic and accurate information and analysis
- Maintain CRM database
- Deliver high standard of sales administration
