- Knowledge of website administration
- Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel) and experience with SAP; website administration experience desirable.
- Detail-focused, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do: - Enter and process sales orders in SAP, prepare invoices, and support day-to-day sales administration.
- Create, edit, and update product content, descriptions, images, and specifications on websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries, returns, and pricing questions, ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with website maintenance and online product listings to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
