  • Resolving order, supplier and delivery queries
  • Creating and processing customer invoices
  • Completing approximately 1 hour of bookkeeping per day using Xero

  • Keeping customer, supplier and order information accurate and up to date
  • General administration, paperwork and filing
  • Supporting the wider business with day-to-day operational requirements

  • Experience managing customer/sales orders
  • Confident liaising with suppliers and external partners
  • Previous invoicing experience
  • Some bookkeeping experience, ideally using Xero

  • Experience using an ERP, CRM or order management system
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Able to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously

Experience within import/export, distribution, wholesale or international logistics would be particularly beneficial.

There will also be occasional travel to sites in Cricklewood and Watford, generally once or twice per month or less. A driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of sales administration, order processing, logistics and accounts and wants to take ownership of the complete order process.
