Working Hours: 39 hours per week (shift-based)

Warehouse/Factory Operatives to join our clients small but dynamic team, on a long-term basis.
About:
Our client is a leading engineering company specialising in
Aluminium Salt Bath Brazing, a rare and specialised process performed by only a handful of companies in the UK.
The Role As a Warehouse/Factory Operative, you will play a crucial role in our clients production process, developing skills to become an ‘all-rounder’ within the team. Your duties will include:
- Assisting in light assembly work, cleaning, and preparation of parts.
- Learning and contributing to our Aluminium Salt Bath Brazing operations.
- Handling and processing aluminium chassis.
- Supporting the team in meeting production targets and deadlines.
Shifts Available We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:
- 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
What We’re Looking For We are looking for dedicated individuals with the following qualities:
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Heat Tolerance: Ability to work in high-temperature environments.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
