Receptionist / Office Administrator

As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will be the face of our company, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Hayes, Middlesex ( onsite parking)

Position Type:  Full-time, On-site, core hours 9.00 -5.00 (flexibility is required as there may be times when an early start or a later finish is required)


  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Manage all incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising documents
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including ordering supplies and catering
  • Assist in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • Help with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office


  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
