Marketing & Communications Executive (B2B experience required!) Location: Hayes
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week, 1-hour lunch)

Marketing & Communications Executive to join their team. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity and strategy, with responsibility for shaping marketing materials, managing digital content, and supporting events.
The Role - Develop and refresh marketing and sales materials aligned with business strategy
- Keep website content and CMS updated
- Create engaging social media content and news stories to maximise exposure
- Manage advertising, PR activity, and liaise with external agencies
- Support CPD events, networking sessions, and exhibitions
- Maintain marketing budget and ensure timely approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to achieve sales and marketing objectives
About You - Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred)
- Approx. 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing – ideally energy, industrial, or HVAC sector or similar.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Proficient in CMS systems, social media, and design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience with AI & digital marketing tools
- Highly organised, creative, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects
